Refund Policy & Cancellation

Refund Eligibility

We understand that individual circumstances may change, and we strive to provide flexibility to our clients. Refund eligibility is determined based on the type of service you have purchased:

Diet Plans: Once you enrolled for our monthly diet plan, refund is not applicable. Refunds are only applicable if you do not get subsequent results after the completion of diet plan. The refund amount be the 100% of amount paid.  Trial plans will not be considered for the refunds.

Refund Request: Refunds can be requested after the completion of diet plan.

 

How to Request a Refund?

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at dtpoonamsagar@mushroomworldbpl.com within the eligible refund period.

  • Provide your order details, including the purchase date and the reason for your refund request.

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days with further instructions. If found any violation on the give instructions while following diet plan by you, we will cancel your refund request.

 

Cancellations

You cannot cancel any diet plan once enrolled. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of your subscription.

 

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • If the refund request is made after the eligible refund period has expired.

  • If the diet plan has been substantially taken or completed.

  • If the diet plan and instruction have not been followed by the individual.

  • If the refund request is not accompanied by a valid reason.

  • For the 3 Month Plan there is no refund.

 

Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 1 Month. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
